Privacy of Customer Information Notice
Protection of your privacy is important to the Officers and
Staff at Florida Parishes Bank. We want you to understand what
information we collect about you and how we use that information
to provide the products and services to fulfill your banking and
investment needs. In order to provide our customers with a broad
range of financial products and services as effectively and
conveniently as possible, we use technology to manage and
maintain your customer information. The following statements
serve as a standard for all Florida Parishes Bank employees

- Information requested from you when you open an account or
apply for a loan with Florida Parishes Bank.

us, our affiliates or others.
- Information we receive from third parties such as Credit
Bureaus.
"Non-public personal information" is nonpublic information about
you that we obtain in connection with providing a financial
product or service to you. For example, information concerning
your account number, your account balance, payment history and
overdraft history.
Information Disclosed
We are permitted under law to share information about our
experiences or transactions with you or your account (such as
payment history) with companies related to us by common control
or ownership (affiliates). We may also share information we
receive from credit reporting agencies with our affiliates. We
do not share "non-public personal information" with
non-affiliated third parties, except as required in the normal
course of business to conduct transactions or provide services
you requested.
We are permitted by law to disclose non-public personal
information about you to "non-affiliated third parties" in
certain circumstances, such as credit bureaus or governmental
agencies in response to a subpoena.
All information shared with third parties include a
confidentiality statement requiring those third parties to
safeguard your information and only use that information for the
intended transaction(s). If you decide to close your account (s)
or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to
the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

We always take steps to safeguard customer information and
restrict access to your personal and account information to
those employees which have a need to know in order to provide
the products and services you have requested. We maintain
physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with
federal standards to guard your non-public personal information.
We will employ procedures that ensure customer information is
accurate, current and complete in accordance with highest
banking standards and will maintain procedures to test the
accuracy of records maintained.
